September is Suicide Prevention Month and today, suicide is a growing epidemic affecting many people in our world, and even in our own parish. The damaging effects of suicide are long lasting but there is always healing and hope. Catholic Schools Week 2019

Catholic Schools Week 2019, a weeklong annual celebration of Catholic education, was a success for all of us! The week kicked off Sunday, Jan. 27, with Mass followed by a pizza party and an open house of the school. On Monday, the students wore crazy socks, competed in a spelling bee and were treated to ice cream. On Tuesday, the SSPP Student Council expressed gratitude to our many volunteers by serving them donuts, juice and coffee following Mass.
