Children’s Liturgy of the Word

Children’s Liturgy of the Word takes place during the 10:30 AM Mass.  Children grades Pre-K – 3 are dismissed from the assembly to hear the Word of God proclaimed and explained on their level. Students meet in the lower level children’s room dedicated to St. Elizabeth of Hungary.  There is no registration or charge required to participate in Children’s Liturgy of the Word.  Adult leaders who have received safe environment training and background checks volunteer to teach in this ministry and new teachers are always welcome.  Middle school and high school students are welcome to become assistants.
