Dear Parents, Each year youth from across the Diocese are invited to represent their parish at the Diocesan sponsored Catholic Leadership Institute (CLI). CLI is a six-day retreat held in Springfield and is open to kids who have graduated eighth grade through high school. CLI is designed to teach the kids leadership, communication and planning skills. Bequest Helps Move Renovations Plans Forward

Construction of Turn Lanes Begins

The construction of turn lanes by the state of Illinois has begun for the Ss. Peter and Paul south parking lot.  With the widening of Highway 159, cars can only make a right turn into or out of our lot at the east entry.  Care should be taken in this area during the construction period.

Young Catholic Musicians

The Young Catholic Musicians, a talented group of young singers and instrumentalists aged 11- 20 from throughout the Metro St. Louis area, provided the music at 10:30 AM Mass at Ss. Peter Paul on April 19. The experience was inspiring and uplifting for our parishioners. The orchestra and choir consists of 120 musicians. Two parishioners are members: Adam Wilson, Cello   Lucas Thorpe, Violin   The choir consists of sopranos, altos, tenors and basses. Holy Week in Review

Holy Week at Ss. Peter and Paul Holy week began with Palm Sunday of the Passion of the Lord. Parishioners gathered in the gym for the blessing of the palm branches followed by a procession into the church.
